What should I do if I have a complaint?
When a delivered product or packaging is defective or deviates greatly from what has been agreed. You can contact us so that we can find a solution together.
We judge:
Whether there is a valid complaint;
if yes, how we will resolve the complaint;
and how we can prevent the complaint in the future.

A substantive response to the complaint will be made within 14 days after receipt of the complaint.
