Every day we deal with the question of how we can improve the quality of life. Cozy dining and a good conversation: isn't that what life is all about? Real contact and connection improve life. The best place to find real contact and connection? In the kitchen and at the table!

This is our raison d’être. Why we do what we do.

What do we do?

Within the product domain "kitchen and table" we connect producers and end users. These can be consumers, like you and me, but also professionals. We like to think with our customers, source products when necessary or desired or develop a completely new concept. We supply a wide range of crockery, cutlery, glassware or even complete packages of kitchen inventory.

How do we do that?

Every day we search all around the globe for the most suitable items for the markets in which we operate. We do not produce ourselves, but buy from factories. We resell suppliers' products under the supplier's name or brand and develop products under our own brands.

And: we've been doing this for a while!

Wegter (Est 1916) has been around for over 100 years. We are confident to say we have some knowledge and experience.

Our customers

We serve a wide range of customers and you can find our products in many sales channels. These are: retail, online retail, omnichannel retail, online marketplaces, cash-and-carry wholesalers and wholesalers.

We are also very active in the leisure market, mainly on holiday parks. And last but not least we have our own webshop for end users, James Cooke.
